We do not offer "unlimited" service plans with a monthly service fee
like other phone companies.
You build your own service plan yourself by including only the features you need.
Our service is of a "pay-as-you-go" type, the funds are debited from your pre-paid account.
The calling rates do not depend on your location. All you need to use our service is a broadband
connection to the Internet.
You need at least 128Kb upstream and downstream speed.
We offer low rates to call around the globe. Many destinations have rates
less than 2 cents a minute, look for the mark in our call rates list.
To call a 10-digit long US phone number, you have do dial 1 and the number.
To call other countries, you can dial the country code followed by the number, or 011 (or 00) followed
by the country code and the number. The 011 (00) prefix is not necessary with this service, but dialing it
has become a habit for many.
For example, to make a call to
US phone number 123-555-7890 dial 1-123-555-7890. To call a number 234-567 in Kiev, Ukraine,
dial 38044234567 or 01138044234567. The generic rule of CountryCode-AreaCode-Number is applicable to any
telephone number in the world. To check the exact rate to call a particular phone number, login to your account
and select "Simulator" from the menu. We offer 3 tariff plans - "Standard" which use all available call
termination routes to the dialed phone number, "Premium" which use high quality termination routes
only and "PSTN" plan which connects your calls directly to PSTN network, without a middle man.
If you have trouble reaching a number, check your call history to make sure
you dialed it correctly before contacting us.
You may choose your own phone number. There are many countries and areas to select from
(check the "Available DIDs" section for details),
and you may select a number from any of these countries, regardless of your location. Calls to your DID (phone number) will be redirected
to your SIP phone, regular PSTN or cellular phone. You don't need a VoIP client to
have calls to your DID redirected to your PSTN or mobile phone number.
If you already made calls using our system with a SIP client, then you can also access our system from any phone like a regular calling card system.

You will be prompted to enter your PIN number (10 digits account number) and the number you wish to call.
You can register multiple phone numbers to make calls from through our system without having to enter your PIN
(add the phone numbers you are calling from to "Add Caller ID" menu in "My account").

Another convenient option is Callback service - dial 1-567-255-6121 from your land line or cell phone,
the call will not be answered and you will not be charged by your local phone carrier.
The system will read back your Caller ID number. Hang up the call.
If the Caller ID number matches exactly one of the numbers you entered in the
"Add Caller ID" menu, the system will call you back to that number few seconds later
and give a voice prompt to enter the phone number
you wish to call.
If you call the call back number 15672556121 from a North America phone (country code 1) and CID readback has 10 digits
only (starting with your area code), our server will add country code 1 automatically to perform the call back
to your phone number.
If you call from another country and the CID read back doesn't start with your country code, then you cannot use
the call back feature from that phone line (however CID starting with 00 or 011 before country code will work).
In order to use access numbers and
callback service, you have to enable "Access number" setting in "User settings" menu on our web site.
